TILE RETURN POLICY

JOJO DESIGN STUDIO DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS. Please confirm quantities with a professional before ordering. No damage claims will be accepted after installation. In the rare event that you receive a damaged order we ask that you please take pictures of the damage goods and email them to jojo@jojodesignstudio.com immediately. We will reply with instructions on how to return damage tile and will do our best to get you out a replacement order ASAP. If there is a problem with replacing the same item we will have a full refund issued. Please note online shop and showroom sale policies may differ.
